Well, i bought 3 months worth. I started taking them as soon as i get out of bed before any food and drink . After about 2 weeks i one morning forgot to take them and i couldn’t understand why i was hungry and searching the cupboards for something to eat . I realised i hadn’t taken my tablets. I quickly took them but i have never missed them again . They definitely curb my appetite. I don’t want much food and the best thing is i have lost one stone in weight in about a month. I can’t manage without them I have another 2.5 stones to loose .
