I'm on day 20 and so far so good. My food noise and evening cravings ceased from day 4 and I no longer feel the need to have that sweet treat after my evening meal. I don't feel the need to snack in-between my meals which will help in my battle to lose some weight. So far I have lost 5lbs. Overall very pleased.
