It's been a month since I took them my appetite definitely dropped as don't feel as hungry and when I eat I dint fancy alot either or I don't clear my plate so it's a great sign I feel bit more energy in me and I have noticed my tummy is slowly going down and my waist in so I've got 2 more boxes to last me two months hopefully more weight loss 🤞
It's does take the hunger effect of you I have been eating medtrainion diet since taking it and have more energy and feel fitter

It was all going well then I had to stop came out in rash had to go see doctor. Have stopped now and rash is going away .I am very upset having to stop.
It’s working similar to injection suppressing appetite. Similar feeling of fullness, slight nausea but not sickness. I like it so far. Only just started recently

Well, i bought 3 months worth. I started taking them as soon as i get out of bed before any food and drink . After about 2 weeks i one morning forgot to take them and i couldn’t understand why i was hungry and searching the cupboards for something to eat . I realised i hadn’t taken my tablets. I quickly took them but i have never missed them again . They definitely curb my appetite. I don’t want much food and the best thing is i have lost one stone in weight in about a month. I can’t manage without them I have another 2.5 stones to loose .
